What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, Roshyshine will send you first confirmation email to track the status of your placed order.

After shipping your order  we will send you second another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as to track your order through a link.

In addition,  you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

We offer immediate order cancellations within 24 hours after purchasing items - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

How Can I change my order?
The order change only possible that we have not been processed your order for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support team.

 

How easy is to exchange products?

Very easily exchange items. After your email confirmation, print your prepaid shipping label and send back your products

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 7 business days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you. support@roshyshine.com

    How fast  will I get my store credit?

    My team once receives your return, you will get back your refund about 15 days. 

    How can I return my products for a refund?

    Return your products  bought through our website and return a full refund.  It will be paid to your original payment process by subtracting  shipping costs.

      Where do you ship from?

      We ship mainly  from goods fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you have purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we will send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
      Our products are more efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to make sure they arrive in time with  perfect condition regardless how far they go.
